Bottled and Filtered Water - A key to healthy hair growth?

One of the effects that growing my hair has had in my life is that it has forced to me take a good look at what I consume. This weekend I finally realized that the tap water I have been drinking is unhealthy and I, as well as my family members, have made the switch to drinking bottled water. If you are trying to grow your hair, look at the water you drink. If you are drinking tap water you might want to check on the report listed at this link. The Environmental Working Group has put together an outstanding database listing what actually is in the tapwater in 42 states. After I switched to drinking bottled water, I could feel the difference immediately, and some health concerns that I had been experiencing went away. So it is probably safe to say that drinking bottled, or filtered water will help you to have healthier hair. I'll see what it does for me, and post the results at a later date.

I hate to disagree, but it is best to let others know that tap water is only bad for you depending on the state you live in. The guidelines for drinkable tap water is actually higher than that of bottled water, also what we as consumers think is bottled, spring water is sometimes not, just ask the manufacturers of some of your favorite kinds like Dasani
